Originally from Ontario, Riley moved to BC in 2019 after deciding to dedicate her life to dog training after many years of enjoying it as a hobby. Aside from running the boarding & training facility, Riley is an avid competitor in Schutzhund. ​

Riley's balanced approach to all dog training through relationship, clarity, and communication has allowed her to guide many in the sport and pet dog world.
​
Riley also has a passion for K9 fitness and has earned a degree in Canine conditioning from Colorado State University.

Recent competition accomplishments:
IGP1 2022: High in trial, High IGP1, High tracking, High Obedience, High Protection.
IGP2 2022: Western Regional Champions
IGP3 2022
IGP 3 2023: Canadian National Championship 5th place overall 3rd place Malinois.
FCI IGP World Championship 2023: 13th out of 172
FMBB IGP World Championship 2024: 10th out of 133
IGP 3 2024: Canadian All Breed Champion
FCI IGP World Championship 2024: 27th out of 110
Alana
Trainer & Kennel Manager
Alana was born and raised in Kamloops, BC. Originally wanting to pursue a career training horses, her passion for training animals led her to working with dogs instead. She enjoys taking a balanced approach to working with dogs, prioritizing communication and a healthy relationship between dogs and their owners.

Outside of training client dogs and working at the kennel, Alana lives a very canine inclusive lifestyle, enjoying hiking, backpacking, and other outdoor activities with her two dogs.
​
Alana currently has a cattle dog Angel, who she works in barn hunt and working livestock, and Dash the Koolie puppy.
She has received an expert trick title on Angel, as well as a novice trick title on her cat Milly.
​
Alana has also handler owned/trained Angel from puppyhood to a certified service dog.
Katelyn
Kennel Staff
Katelyn was raised in Squamish, BC before coming to Kamloops for university in 2018. She has been working in the dog industry since 2019. Outside of work Katelyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her her two dogs Astro, a poodle mix and Buck, a deaf cattle dog.

Katelyn has fully obedience trained her deaf dog through hand signals & ecollar training.
