Our Facility

Cherry Creek Kennel is located on 6 beautiful acres in the country side of Kamloops,

a short 15 minute drive from town.

Our facility has an abundance of fully fenced kennels that provide safe and comfortable indoor and outdoor shelter, as well as multiple large fenced outdoor yards. The back and side of the property have two large completely fenced training fields.

Our philosophy is the quality of our care is far more important vs the quantity of dogs we have. The safety and comfort of your dog both physically and mentally will be our number one priority during their stay.

Our kennel runs are indoor (6x6 feet) & outdoor (15x6 feet). Dogs have access to be inside or outside during the day as they choose through their personal doggy door. They are closed at night & during the winter. The building is climate controlled.

 

Dogs are run in 15-30 minute runs throughout the day (minimum 5 runs/day). Group play is done on  a case by case basis based off compatibility. Dogs who are non social are given as much time outside as groups.

We do not run more than 4 dogs together at a time.
